Well Hello, it’s been a minute hasn’t it?! I haven’t posted on here in over a year. Mainly because life has been busy and it was one of the first things to take a back seat. Like most of us Mum’s I’m sure we all feel like we have lots of tabs all open at once of lots of things on our ever so long to do list, which is never complete but just gets other items added too!

Anyway as I sit here typing away it’s currently a cold March evening. Probably doesn’t help that I feel I’m getting a cold so it feels colder than it actually is but being very British of me, I am about to say how very cold and wet its been here in Norfolk lately. Up north have even had snow!

So I guess we’ve been rather busy since I lasted posted. This time last year we had ripped most of our kitchen out and redone that, this year currently we are redoing our ensuite. Hubby wanted a bigger shower tray and one thing lead to another so we decided to rip it all out and start a fresh as the kitchen and all bathrooms were in as we moved in so I guess it’s nice to make them how we want them etc, just a slower process time wise when we’re doing it ourselves so currently we are in a muddle. I’ve got all the new bathroom pieces in my lounge, new plaster boards in the hallway etc… mess in every room it feels, plus no toilet upstairs means the other bathrooms are getting used much more etc.

We’ve recently had half term and that was nice, we didn’t do too much but what we did was lovely and had lush days out with family and friends. At the end of January we had our usual week away at our local Center Parcs so that was a nice break away. The girls had a blast and I’m sure I’ll do a post about that as Polly especially, did more activities than she had ever done, now she is that bit taller. And finally I set up a alittle lasering business at the end of last year using Hubby’s laser, so when I’m not parenting or helping out at the girls school, your find me in our office creating nice little wooden keepsakes. I even have my first ever little craft stall in a couple weeks so I’m busy making stock for that.

Anyway I’ll try to be better this year and blog about our little adventures, as I do love this little page for the girls to look back on when their older.
